ARTICLE 1 : items

The items proposed on this website are not reproductions. The item is sold for what it is, therefore, I commit myself to describe every visible damage due to the antiquity of the object.
The items are in conformity with the in force French law. The liability of the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION cannot be committed if the legislation of the country where the items are delivered is not respected. The Buyer must check with the local authorities regarding the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services which he/she plans to order.

ARTICLE 2 : prices

The prices are indicated in Euros on the French site page, and in dollars on the English site page. They are net on the French page (VAT non applicable article 293B Tax General Regulations), and inclusive of tax on the English site page. The prices do not include the expenses of shipment and insurance, the insurance being optional.
The total price indicated by the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION in the confirmation of the order is the final price to pay.
Customs duties and other local taxes, importation rights or Federal taxes are payable. These rights and sums are not payable by the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION in any case.
They will remain in charge of the Buyer and are of his/her whole responsibility as for declarations and payment to the authorities and/or qualified organizations for the concerned country. In this case, we advise the Buyer to inquire about these aspects at the proper local authorities.

ARTICLE 3 : orders

Shipment expenses
The orders do not include the expenses for shipment. These expenses differ according to the destination. The firm ANTIQUITE PASSION has the right to cancel any order comprising an error about the country of destination.

Insurance policy expenses
The firm ANTIQUITE PASSION is not responsible for non insured items. If the insurance policy is not taken out by the Buyer at the confirmation of the order, when the item is removed by the carrier, all risks inherent in the shipment are borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer takes out the insurance at the confirmation of the order, it will take effect from the removal of the object by the carrier, and will finish at the time of the delivery at the address indicated in the order. If the parcel is delivered with visible damages, the consignee has to check the condition of the good before signing the delivery slip. If the good is damaged, the Buyer must refuse the parcel to enjoy the insurance.

ARTICLE 4 : payment terms

The payment of the order is carried out :
- by credit card on the Website on-line through our secured payment system PAYPAL. The Buyer who is not registered at that payment system can open a free account on the website www.paypal.com
- or by credit transfert. In that case, the item will be first reserved, until the confirmation of the payment on the account of the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION. As soon as the payment will be confirmed, the item will be officially sold and immediately sent to the Buyer.
- By Western Union (out of metropolitan France only). In that case, the item will be first reserved, until the confirmation of the payment on the account of the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION. As soon as the payment will be confirmed, the item will be officially sold and immediately sent to the Buyer.
- By check (metropolitan France only). In that case, the item will be first reserved, until the confirmation of the payment on the account of the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION. As soon as the payment will be confirmed, the item will be officially sold and immediately sent to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5 : delivery, shipping charges

The firm ANTIQUITE PASSION accepts the order and launches the delivery as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The ordered items are delivered at the address indicated in the order, within a period of 15 working days. The firm ANTIQUITE PASSION commits itself to do everything possible to deliver the order within this period. However, this delivery time is indicative. In any case, any delay of delivery cannot give the right to the payment of damages, deduction or cancellation of the pending orders. The information given by the Buyer in his order commits himself. In case of error in the whereabouts mentioned, the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION couldn’t be considered responsible for the impossibility of delivery.

ARTICLE 6 : return policies

Terms of Article 121-20 of the French consumption code:
The consumer has seven clear days in which to exercise his/her right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties. The deadline runs from the reception of the goods. When the seven day deadline expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a Bank holiday or a non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

The return costs will be borne by the Buyer. The item will be returned at the address of the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION, indicated on the order form. The repayment will be possible if the following conditions are combined: the item must be in the same condition than it was when it was sent ; the object must be returned in its original package with the original invoice.
The firm ANTIQUITE PASSION commits to pay back the Buyer within a period of 30 working days, starting from the day the Buyer uses the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 7 : applicable duty and litigations

The relations between the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION and its customers are subjected to the French law.
In case of on in the application of these general conditions of sales, the Buyers are invited to contact the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION for an amicable agreement. If the negotiations break down, only the court of Angers (France) is qualified.

ARTICLE 8 : personal information

In accordance with the Data-processing Law and Freedoms published in the Official Journal dated 6th January 1978, the Buyer has a right of access, of correction, and opposition to the personal data relating to it.
If the Buyer wants to exercise that right or obtain more information concerning these texts, he/she can contact the firm ANTIQUITE PASSION.
The firm ANTIQUITE PASSION commits itself not to reveal the information communicated by the Buyer and the visitor of the site. This information is confidential and will be used only for the handling of the order.
